Yes, we ship worldwide!
Discover the different shipping methods, costs, and delivery times depending on the country you are in.
Please note that we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses, nor to PO boxes. Be sure to provide a valid shipping address to avoid delays or forced order cancellation.
- In-store collection: You can select in-store collection at checkout to pick up your order at one of our physical stores. You have 7 days from the date you receive notification that your parcel is available for collection. * You have 15 days to return your order from the date it arrives at the store.
- Home delivery: You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice (home, work, etc., but never to a PO box).
If you are not at the address provided when the courier arrives to deliver your order, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you.
- InPost collection point or locker: Only available for Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy or Luxembourg.
What is the delivery process?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse. In that email, we will include a link and tracking number so you can check the status of your order.
