You’ll find the in-store stock availability listed on each product page. Please note that the stock availability is for reference only; therefore, even if stock is shown as available, it may not be possible to complete the purchase process. Contact us via the “Buy via WhatsApp” button to inquire about the model and size you’re interested in. We’ll respond as soon as possible within 24 hours.
Our customer service hours for these orders are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This option is only available for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
The cost of home delivery is the same as for an online order. The in-store pickup option is free; under no circumstances is this a reservation—payment must be completed for confirmation. *Pickup is only available at the store where the order is prepared.
Delivery times for this type of order are approximately 2 to 4 days.
Once we confirm stock availability, you will receive an email to complete payment. You have until 11:59 PM to complete payment; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.
Online orders processed for in-store pickup have the same exchange and return conditions as all other online orders. You may request a return online or at one of our physical stores.
