1. DELIVERY TO OUR STORE
Delivery time: 3-5 working days. You can collect your order within 7 days of the package being received. You will receive an email when the store receives the package.
Cost: Free. 

2. HOME DELIVERY
- Mainland Spain: 3,95 €. Delivery is free for orders over €50.
  Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
- Balearic Islands: 6,95€. Delivery is €3.95 for orders over €50.
  Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 9,95€. Shipping will be €5.95 for orders over €50.
  Delivery time: 5 working days from when the order leaves the warehouse.

If customs retains the package, the recipient will be responsible for the handling costs. This condition is accepted upon completion of the purchase. Under no circumstances will Lady Pipa be responsible for the payment of customs fees or any taxes derived from them.

During special campaigns such as Black Friday, due to the high volume of orders, some shipments may experience delays beyond Lady Pipa's control. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we ensure that your order arrives as soon as possible.
