- Outlet items:
Exchanges can be made in store during the pop-up event. Items with any type of defect cannot be exchanged or returned.

- Seasonal items:
Exchanges and returns can be made in store during the pop-up event. Afterwards, and for 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, exchanges may be requested through Customer Service. Items with defects cannot be exchanged or returned.

*LADY PIPA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
