During our MegaOutlet event from September 4 to 13, 2026, all purchases are subject to the following return policy:

We do not accept returns or refunds. Exchanges can only be made at the Pop-Up store (2 Francisco Remiro Street) from September 4 to 13.

The item must have its tags attached and be in perfect condition, in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. A valid receipt must be presented.

Once the MegaOutlet has ended, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for purchases made during this promotion.
