Exchange and Return PeriodUpdated a month ago

The period for any exchange or return is 15 calendar days from the date the order is delivered to your home or delivery point, until the day you deliver the order to the corresponding office for return.

During the Christmas campaign, we are extending the deadline for requesting your exchange until 12 January.

If you receive a defective or faulty garment, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify the customer service team by sending an email to [email protected].

Remember that you must deposit the items to be exchanged or returned at the delivery point within 3 calendar days from the date you generated the return label.

*LADY PIPA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were sent.
