How do I request an item exchange?Updated 2 months ago

If you want to request a exchange for your order, we will explain how to do so.

1. Access the returns portal depending on the country you are in.

2. Enter your order number and the email address or mobile phone number you used to make the purchase to start the process.
3. Select the items you want to exchange and the reason.
4. Choose between exchanging for a different size, another item of equal value, or an item of lesser value.
5. Carefully read the exchange instructions that you will receive in your email along with the corresponding return label.
6. Proceed to deliver the items (within a maximum period of 3 days) to the transport office or collection point of your choice.
7. Once delivered, the order with the exchange will be sent to the address indicated.

*You are entitled to one free exchange per order.
