If you want to request a return for your order, we will explain how to do so.

1. Access the returns portal depending on the country you are in.

2. Enter your order number and the email address or mobile phone number you used to make the purchase to start the process.
3. Select the items you want to return and the reason.
4. Choose the refund method.
5. Carefully read the exchange instructions that you will receive in your email along with the corresponding return label.
6. Proceed to deliver the items to the transport office or collection point of your choice.
