Once we have received the return at our warehouse, you will receive the refund in the same way you made your purchase, to the bank account associated with the card, PayPal account or Bizum account you used to pay, within a maximum period of 14 days.

If you chose to pay in three instalments with Klarna, you will receive a refund for the amount you have paid so far and the remaining payments will be cancelled.
