If you prefer, you can also return the item at your own expense using any courier service that allows you to track the package so that it does not get lost. In this case, the package must arrive at our facilities within the specified time frame and we will refund the full amount of your order. 

The steps to follow are as follows:

1. Place the items you wish to return in the package. The garments must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding labels.
2. Go to the courier service of your choice and send the return to the following address:
